How to use it
- Draw: sign in the box with your finger, a stylus or the mouse. The line gets thinner when you move fast, like a real pen. Undo removes the last stroke.
- Type: enter your name and pick a handwriting font. Names in Thai show the Thai fonts.
- Download a transparent PNG to put on a line in a PDF, Word or Google Docs file. The image is cropped to the signature and saved at 3× resolution, so it stays sharp when printed. Drawn signatures can also be saved as SVG.
- Blue ink is common for signing documents in Thailand, as it shows the copy is an original.
Is it legally binding?
- An image of a signature is a simple electronic signature. Many everyday documents accept it, but some (contracts, government and bank forms) need a handwritten signature or a certified digital signature. Check what the receiver accepts. Utilitech isn't responsible for how a signature is used.
